Builders of homes that feel just right
Perfect Nest Home is a team of planners, designers and trades people who believe a renovation should leave you calmer than when it began.

It started with one stubborn kitchen
Perfect Nest Home began when our founders spent a long season rescuing a tired family kitchen that other contractors had called impossible. The result was not just a better room. It was a home that worked again, and a family who could finally gather around the same table.
That feeling became our purpose. Today we bring together designers, project planners and skilled trades people under one roof, so homeowners can renovate interiors, gardens, roofs and everything in between with a single trusted team.
We still approach every project the way we approached that first kitchen: listen closely, plan honestly and build carefully, as though it were our own nest.
The quiet principles behind every project
People first
We design around routines, ages and needs, not just around square footage.
Total clarity
You see the plan, the materials and the cost before a single wall is touched.
Lasting choices
We favour durable, repairable materials and energy-saving upgrades that age well.
Real craft
Our trades people take pride in clean lines, solid fixings and finishing touches.
Specialists who enjoy working together
Your project is guided by a dedicated planner and carried out by in-house carpenters, tilers, painters and installers, joined by licensed electricians, plumbers and roofers we have trusted for years.
- Designers who turn wish lists into practical layouts and finishes.
- Project planners who keep schedules, deliveries and updates on track.
- Skilled crews who treat your home with the respect it deserves.
A home should hold you, not hold you back
We renovate so that mornings run smoother, evenings feel softer and the people you love have room to grow. If that sounds like the home you want, we would love to hear from you.
